Promo roles are amongst the toughest jobs in Hersonissos. You work outside of the club on the street in front of Cameo. You stop people passing by, by attracting their attention. The way to do this is up to you as long as you respect personal boundaries. Inviting them in for a drink while some of our great DJ’s are playing makes you the superstar of their holidays.
A hard no from your guests doesn’t stop you, it makes you more determined to get a yes the next time. It is very similar to street- or door-to-door sales.
Duties and responsibilities with this role:
- Talk to potential customers and invite them in
- Being able to persuade a person and not give up easily
- Working 6 nights per week: 23.00 – 06.00
- Can do and pro-active mentality
- Welcome guests and wish them goodbye upon leaving
Who are you:
- Minimum 19 years old
- Strong mindset
- Smart, social and funny
- Well dressed and trendy
- Have previous experience in a sales-role such as door-to-door sales
